De-Stress Outdoors

Sanity has returned!  However, it may well take us decades to recover from the damage done when we re-elected a blind narcissist to unchecked power in 2024.  I suppose there should be some separation between church and state, but religious principles should never be completely ignored.  Neither should they be redefined by an egotist to suit his own purposes.  The Books of Wisdom, Proverbs, Sirach and Ecclesiastes should have alerted us to the amoral disaster of the last two years (and arguably the last decade entirely).

On the plus side, we should now more fully appreciate the old saying: "The ends never justify the means." There are many problems our country should overcome, but there are appropriate, ethical ways to address them by working together in mutual consideration. May we never again return to the amoral darkness of our last two years!  Please join me in praying that our nation can regain (and retain) it's moral compass as well as it's standing as one of the world's most honorable nations:

"Happy those servants whom the master finds awake when he comes."

Prepare now.  Deny yourself and simplify.  Fast if you can.  Confess past transgressions and atone for them.  Pray to be delivered from evil as in the Lord's prayer.

To Ukraine - my heartfelt prayers are with you.  May the Lord be close to you.

Lord, I surrender my life to you.
